Who is
Rochelle?
Professional Development Trainer| International Speaker| Author

Rochelle Ramathe is a powerful voice for the well-being of faculty, staff, and students. While working in a school, she experienced such intense burnout that she went from driving on the highway to being rushed to the hospital.
That life-changing moment ignited her mission to help educators create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe.
Through her book Work Shouldn’t Hurt, Rochelle shows educators how to move from surviving to thriving at work.
Her training sessions are practical, engaging, and rooted in evidence-based strategies that improve staff well-being, strengthen relationships, and lead to higher student success and graduation rates.
Rochelle also speaks directly to students, sharing her story of how she went from D’s in school to earning her Master’s degree and now studying for her PhD. Her message reminds students that failure isn’t final
If you want to create a culture where your educators and students thrive, invite Rochelle to speak at your next professional development day or student event.
